We're off to Florida!!

Well Holy Crap! We booked a vacation online/over the phone today! Nothing like doing the last minute thingy. Margot was 'surfing' the net looking to satisfy her spring itch, when she found a fantastic deal on a flight through CanJet to Orlando. I knew of a place called Banana River Resort (windsurf resort) in Cocoa Beach just a 1 hour drive from Orlando. So I called and booked an apartment on the ocean for us. The two bedroom apt. comes complete with a kitchen, fridge stove etc. Cool eh! So our tentative plans are a few days at the resort, drive down to Key West for a day or so, then drive up the Gulf side of Florida to St.Pete area and stop in and say hi to my baseball coach who is 'snowbirding' in St.Pete. Then back to Orlando for a day or so to Disney World. Whew! good thing our mini van rental has unlimited miles!!

Sorry to anyone that I never had a chance to call. The last 24hrs (and the next 24) has/will be a blur. I'll update from Florida with pics!!
