Tis the season...

Loading the gear into my older Bro's guest house by the lake

OOPS, looks like we forgot a couple of boards!

You can see the wind gusting offshore on the water!
Well [SIGH], we used our only free time left on the long weekend to gather up all our windsurfing gear and put it into storage for the long winter ahead. Perfect timing, cause if yesterday and today are any indications of winter, we're in for a LONG one! Holy crap its been windier than stink the past days with no sign of letting up, but with the bitter cold air temps and blinding snow storms, it's kinda hard to get motivated to go windsurfing! I know we still have a few good sessions in us this season, that's why I left some of my gear in the Blue Moose for a quick trip to my favourite launch at Thunder Lake. It's always so nice to get at the beach with nobody around and the whole lake to yourself. I know that sounds kinda selfish, but it feels very rewarding at the same time.
Hope you're all still shredding on the water while we're shoveling up the snow!!
