Well it's that time of year again when we're in the final stretch to Christmas with our annual Christmas Tree harvest. Every year we gas up the power saw (bring the axe and swede saw just in case), pack up the kids, go for breakfast, grab a hot chocolate and search out our tree that has grown for us for the years Christmas season. This year like every other we grabbed a real beauty! The tree was suprisingly heavy! It must have had alot of water in it. Or maybe because the beast was 15' high when we brought it out of the bush! It was a bit of a struggle to get the tree in the house to say the least. Margot likes to decorate the tree all alone while we (are told to) leave the house. And every year it looks just gorgeous!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas smiley

Looks like a fun day. The tree is amazing as ususal.
I wonder what ours will look like this year. :(
If we could get everyone healthy around here, we may even get to get one.

My goodness that is a big tree, how long does it take you to decorate.. and do you have to bring in your cherry picker from work to do all of that.. hehe

Without the family around it takes 2 hours, with the rug rats present about a week!!! smiley

Hi Deutschies,
ich hoffe bei Euch kommt auch die Weihnachtsstimmung hoch. Es ist immer noch sehr mild und es hat auch letzte Nacht geschneit. Der Neo liebt den Winter und die Waldspaziergaenge.
