One last walk on the ocean to say goodbye...

We scored a heck of a day! And so, the very last day on the water in Hatteras was a rewarding one! Everything from a 4.2 in the morning to ending on a 9.0 later in the day. Whew, I'm sore today as I type. We are getting ready to leave for Norfolk, VI to drop off Uffe so he can catch his flight, then Paul, Margot and I will hang around the city for the rest of the day.

Hatteras has been a real blast this week! Margot can nail her water starts now, and I'm one step closer to the illusive 'planing jibe'. We socialized every night in Windy Station house after our great meals prepared by everyone. It'll be good to not eat so much in the days ahead, and we're looking forward to getting home to the kids!

Stay cool smiley
