« Windsurfing in Canada: Lesson 101 | Main | Winter Snow Kiting »
A little update
After shoveling 4' snow drifts around the FJ.
Driving back to Dryden in a snow storm. Not fun!
It's that time of year when we just can't seem to do much in the area of 'windsports'. Our lakes have frozen over now, but with the loads of snow we've been having the past week(s), it's making for some uncertain ice conditions. I hope we can get our ice shack out on the lake soon as 'The Shack' is a great place to warm up when we go out snowkiting.
Hope you're all getting ready for Christmas!
Stay Cool...

Ja, the drive was tough with trucks in the ditch left and right, but the getaway "Christmas in the City" was excellent

Woody, you may have to get a work party - or haul party ready to get that shack in motion. pretty slushy down at the lake, but nothing a few good minds, and few thoughtful drinks can't solve!

Hey Bro - just got out on our lake at the house yesterday for a fun 10M kite sesh. Great to get back out again on the watery stuff! I caught an edge on some slush, crashed and got soaked but still had a big smile going.

Pretty soon you get to soak in the sun rays on the beach!

Who's going to the beach? Paul? Lucky! I could use some beach time right about now. : )

May not to be fun to drive in, but it looks fun to kite in! I can't wait to get up north!
