Hey, we're off this weekend to Garrison, MN for the 4th Annual Mille Lacs Kite Crossing. The weather is shaping up real sweet with warm temps and steady winds forecasted. There's already 65 pre-registered kiter's with proabably that many signing up on event day, so this years Crossing should be epic! Paul, Woodette and I will be hooking up with some of the other Team World members for a weekend of laughs, thrills, spills, chill time in the hot tub and full-on dancin' at the Blue Goose where the, "what happens on the road, stays on the road" motto holds true!

Have fun in life!

Have a great time everyone. Maybe next year Hubby,Eric and I will make it up there since we will be kiting by then. I'm taking kiting lessons this March Break in Quebec so that Margot will have some female company!

I really gotta go to that event again. Next year perhaps?

We are going to have SO MUCH FUN we will be higher than our kites. Although not 'high' as in "electric-lettuce" high, but high, as in emotionally HIGH. Does that sound right? Hi, HIGH and 'High' all sound the same, but being really HIGH is reserved for those who know what energy one can get from the moment...

Oh, and Andree, the beer-schlepper-wife is getting me a beer as I type (I was told to write that!)! LOL!!

Updates to come from The Crossing...if we're not too HIGH!

Yehaaa! Go for it Andree!!! Woody's "beerschlepper wife" needs a companion out on the ice!
I watched the KiteXing for the last 2 years, brought my Xcountry skis and just did my own thing. But this year if the conditions are right I'll be on the start line for sure, hopefully not tankling lines with anybody, oh well, that's when I usually start talking German.....Entschuldigung bitte!
